Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts to build long‑term partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.
Develop and propose value‑added solutions, including customised products where appropriate.
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and agreements, to achieve sustainable profitability.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (including Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline information.
Ensure adherence to company policies, Health & Safety requirements, ISO standards, and CRM processes.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong commercial awareness with proven negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities effectively.
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
