Act as a bridge between sustainability, finance, risk, data, and technology teams
Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements
Develop a deep understanding of domain data assets
Establish and execute data quality frameworks
Maintain comprehensive metadata, including business glossaries and data dictionaries
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams managing stakeholder communication
Work closely with Data Engineering, IT, BI, and business teams for project delivery
Serve as a subject matter expert, coaching junior team members

3+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Data Management, or similar role
Knowledge of Sustainability (ESG) regulatory principles as an advantage
Strong expertise in data management and governance
SQL proficiency preferred
Proven experience in requirements engineering and business process modeling
High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
Result orientation and solution focus
Educational background in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, Finance or similar
Fluent English required
