Training and support for physicians and operating room staff before and during surgeries on the use of the Mako system in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).
Operating room instruction on the clinical and technical management of the Mako system and the applications installed on it (hip and knee TEP sleds).
Explanation of software to prepare preoperative CT data compatible with Mako and to assist the physician in preoperative planning.
Creation of a preview of planned surgeries using the Mako system.
Planning, organizing and delivering training programs and presentations for users from operating room and radiology departments.
Coordination of newly acquired customers in collaboration with the endoprosthetics sales team.
Sales support for all product-specific questions at trade shows and congresses.

At least 1 year of professional experience in a medical environment (OTA specialist, medical device applications, clinical support, physiotherapy)
Strong technical affinity and the ability to explain complex relationships quickly and clearly
Strong customer and service orientation
Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Organizational and planning reliability with a high degree of commitment
Valid driving license (Class B) and willingness to travel extensively
Fluent German and very good English skills (C1 level) in spoken and written form
Preferred: Degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, natural sciences or initial OR experience
