Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Supporting the General Manager in meeting and exceeding client service goals
• Driving, maintaining, and evangelizing the Company culture, purpose, and core beliefs through hands-on training
• Overseeing operations and ensure objectives are being met
• Acting as a location point of contact in absence of the General Manager
• Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of Lean warehouse principles
• Enforcing company compliance standards across the entire operation
• Managing and performing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation
• Building a strong rapport with service providers and clients

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required (Bachelors Degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations preferred
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools (where applicable)
