responsible for funnel, forecast, regional profitability, and AOP performance
coach the sales team to meet and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process
ensure customer issues are resolved through the escalation process
create and sustain relationships with senior players at major accounts
build a strong internal network to support the delivery of value to customers and execute deals

10+ years of industry or sales experience involving complex bundled deals
5+ years of sales management experience (ideally with Medical Capital Equipment)
consistent and successful sales track record
superior industry knowledge on market trends and products
financial analysis skills for ROI, NPV, ROA, etc.
BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Associates or equivalent experience
executive level selling, negotiation and facilitation skills
effective in building top performing teams
