You professionally receive, analyze and independently handle incoming IT support requests.
You competently assist employees with hardware and software issues.
You reliably take care of installation, configuration and maintenance of workstation PCs, peripherals and standard software.
At the Leer location you act as the onsite support contact.
You are also responsible for remote support for our other Forterro sites.
You regularly visit locations across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
You carefully document incidents, solutions and changes in the ticketing system.
For more complex issues you escalate requests to Second-Level Support.
You actively support rollouts, hardware renewals and smaller IT projects.

You have completed an IT-related vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration / Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or hold a comparable qualification.
You have already gained initial experience in First-Level Support or an IT helpdesk.
You have good knowledge of Windows clients, O365, standard business software and common IT devices.
Linux knowledge is an advantage.
You have a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills and a friendly manner.
You approach tasks in a structured and solution-oriented way.
You are willing to travel regularly for work.
You hold a driving licence (Class B).
Very good English skills and good German skills complete your profile.
