Requirements:
- Less than three years of work experience or new college graduate
- Good communicator
- Ability to manage well when the client is in a pickle and really needs guidance, including escalation
- Prompt and understands the importance of communicating to clients
- Eager to learn while following prescribed procedures
- Appreciation for human factors and client service
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, personable demeanor

- 2-4 years work experience in a technical support capacity with a focus on customer service responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting technology; familiar with enterprise security or operations experience a plus
- Experience required with Windows desktop operating systems
- Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
- Experience with Terminal Services
- Experience with multi user technology environments (Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, virtual desktop infrastructure)
- Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
- Working Knowledge of Wireless Technologies
