Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in product management, insurance, data analysis, or related field
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Action-oriented with superior problem-solving skills and independent decision-making
