About this role
Role Overview
Drive new and used equipment sales across the Quebec and Maritimes territory, including tools, equipment, and CTOS rental offerings
Prospect, cold call, and develop new customer relationships
Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative sales presentations
Develop quotes in partnership with CTOS estimators
Close new business and manage delivery of trucks and equipment
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Build and manage a full sales pipeline
Plan and organize daily and weekly sales activities
Perform market analysis and segmentation to identify key prospects
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product offerings
Resolve customer issues and recommend solutions
Track all activity, opportunities, and results in Salesforce
Submit regular call reports, territory plans, and sales forecasts
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Requirements
Fluent bilingual (French and English)
3–5+ years of outside sales experience within:
Utility equipment
Vocational or medium/heavy-duty trucks
Construction or agricultural equipment
Equipment rental or fleet sales
Proven track record of new business development and sales growth
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable managing performance metrics and revenue goals
Valid driver’s license
