Lead the day-to-day management of the enterprise TMUS affiliate team, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and growth across affiliate initiatives
Develop and maintain comprehensive go-to-market plans for affiliate partnerships, collaborating cross-functionally to implement campaigns and critical initiatives
Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with affiliate and performance partners, ensuring long-term success and alignment with business objectives
Pioneer and scale T-Mobile’s performance partnership strategy to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness
Analyze campaign and partner performance data to find opportunities for optimization and communicate insights and recommendations to collaborators
Partner closely with internal media, marketing, analytics, IT, and cross-functional teams to align strategic, creative, and analytical initiatives
Requirements
6+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 4+ years owning or leading affiliate marketing programs
Proven experience launching new affiliate programs and scaling existing programs to drive measurable business outcomes
Strong hands-on experience managing day-to-day affiliate program operations and partner relationships
Demonstrated experience mentoring, developing, and motivating teams with diverse backgrounds and experiences
Strong communicator with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal collaborators and external partners
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a passion for translating data into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities, juggle competing deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced hybrid work environment
Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact is preferred.
