Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Establish trust and position Stiltz solutions to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life.
• Listen actively, ask strong questions, and guide customers through a structured sales process.
• Provide clear, accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and project details using our proven communication approach.
• Communicate the value of in-home consultations and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or inside sales role preferred.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to connect with customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Motivated by goals, metrics, and outcomes.
• Comfortable navigating CRM systems, scheduling tools, email, and internal applications across dual screens.
