Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with functional stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports for all active AI initiatives.
Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and vendor engagements as applicable.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact and accountability for internal AI projects, including process automation, AI-assisted analytics, document intelligence, and productivity tooling.
Coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and business unit leads to ensure AI solutions are implemented securely and in alignment with firm policy.
Maintain a prioritized AI project backlog in coordination with the Corporate Operations leadership team.
Support vendor evaluation, pilot design, and proof-of-concept scoping for emerging AI tools under consideration.
Requirements
7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading technology or digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience preparing and delivering presentations, executive briefings, and strategic updates to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
