Role Overview

• Take full ownership of assigned company projects from scoping to delivery
• Lead and organise a team; set direction and maintain momentum
• Define project scope, timelines, success criteria, and resource needs
• Serve as the primary contact for all stakeholders
• Identify and eliminate product-related blockers
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment with product goals
• Draft documentation outlining feature requirements and business challenges

• Experience in project management
• Ability to lead, organise, and develop a team
• Strong decision-making skills regarding project scope and prioritisation
• Ability to identify risks and design mitigation strategies
• Proficient in documentation and communication
• Knowledge of quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria
