Handle end-to-end immigration cases for employees in the region for non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes (work permits, visas, amendments, renewals, and green cards).
Liaise with employees, managers, and HR partners to ensure accurate and timely case progression.
Maintain records and track case status using internal systems.
Ensure all immigration processes comply with US immigration laws and company policies.
Prepare and maintain Labor Condition Applications (LCA), public access files, and other regulatory documentation.
Track visa expirations, I‑94 validity, work authorization constraints and knowledge in I-9 verification/re-verification.
Conduct audits of immigration files and ensure accuracy of documentation.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on immigrant and non-immigrant visa options, timelines, risks, and required actions.
Communicate changes in immigration policies and implications to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with immigration attorneys and external legal firms on case strategy and filings.
Ensure timely submission of petitions to avoid gaps in work authorization.
Prepare regular reports on case status, visa population, expiries, RFE trends, and compliance metrics.
Generate periodic reports for HR leadership summarizing trends, risks, and upcoming deadlines.
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Support implementation of new tools or workflows.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
