About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and maintain Teva’s Evergreen and Microsoft's Evergreen governance framework
- Manage governance routines aligning the dynamic M365 application suite with legal, compliance, and privacy
- Define and maintain the RACI for governance, technical ownership, and lifecycle operations across M365 applications
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational excellence for all major M365 applications
- Coordinate closely with M365 Infrastructure teams to ensure application governance aligns with platform operations
- Lead structured M365 change‑control processes aligned with Teva IT procedures
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure alignment of M365 applications with enterprise security requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Experience with IT governance, lifecycle management, or SaaS operations
- Strong knowledge of M365 applications, security, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working in global, cross‑functional enterprise environments
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical or healthcare preferred
- Hands‑on experience with Power Platform, Purview, and DLP capabilities
- Familiarity with CMDB integration and evergreen management
