Provide independent oversight, constructive challenge, and strategic guidance to the Board of Directors of an Electronic Money Institution (EMI).
Ensure the company operates in compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).
Monitor the integrity of financial information and internal controls.
Assess the effectiveness of risk management frameworks, including operational, financial, cyber, and compliance risks.

Proven experience as a Non-Executive Director, Board member, or senior executive within financial services, fintech, or payments.
Strong understanding of EMI business models and regulatory frameworks, including Payment Services Directive 2.
Familiarity with local regulatory expectations and interaction with the local Financial Services Authority is highly desirable.
