About this role
Role Overview
Review, analyze, and process transactions within DTNA’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday
Monitor and maintain, with a customer service mindset, DTNA’s Workforce Administration pool email
Provide process guidance to OPT departments that interface with DTNA’s HRIS system
Maintain a customer service mindset while managing shared e-mail box inquiries
Provide feedback on core HR processes to help identify process improvements
Maintain employee service dates, union seniority dates, step progression dates, etc.
Responsible for DTNA's time off policy
Perform workforce audits and identify required corrections to ensure data accuracy
Partner with Daimler Global Org to support consistency between local and global HR systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Customer Service and/or HR generalist or related field experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with quickly changing environments
Customer focused with a growth and process improvement mind-set
Ability to effectively interact and collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to communicate clearly and problem solve
Ability to critically examine data and information for accuracy prior to processing
Ability to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information
Ability to approach work with a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills
HR Generalist experience
Workday experience
Experience with Excel
Familiarity with both union and non-union work groups
