Support the Process Lead and Data Lead in executing assigned Workday implementation plans across APAC, ensuring project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Track progress across Workday modules and related functional areas.
Coordinate governance, status reporting, issue tracking, and project activities across stakeholders.
Analyze HR processes and translate business requirements into system and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with the Data Lead on data-related workstreams, including data migration, validation, and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment between process and data design.
Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder alignment.
Support change management through SOPs, user guides, training, and communication.
Support setup and transition of HR transactional services into HRSSC.
Coordinate migration timelines for key HR processes including onboarding, employee data, benefits, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
Contribute to the design and implementation of the HRSSC operating model, governance, service catalogue, SOPs, and process documentation.
Drive HR data governance, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ensure data quality and integrity in Workday through regular audits, data validation, and issue resolution, in alignment with established HR data governance standards.
Monitor service standards, KPIs, and compliance.
Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Workday implementation, HR transformation, or Shared Services.
