Role Overview
- Lead the planning, scoping, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Director, VP, and ELT-level stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Directly manage a team of 3–6 project managers and project management specialists
- Develop project documentation including roadmaps, workflows, status reports, and dashboards
- Champion adoption and continuous improvement of project management and creative optimization tools
Requirements
- 7+ years of advanced experience in project or program management
- 3+ years managing website and digital marketing projects; solid understanding of web project and digital marketing campaign workflows
- 3+ years of experience as a people manager
- Proven ability to develop scalable processes, create SOPs, and optimize workflows
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams)
