Role Overview
- Answer inbound calls from members of the public interested in participating in Phase 1 clinical drug trials
- Screen callers for study eligibility
- Collect and enter personal data for eligible participants
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience is required
- Bilingual Spanish-English fluency is required
- Prior data entry experience is required
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
