Act in the planning and monitoring of logistics operations, tracking the order portfolio, shipping schedule and product availability, ensuring proper information flow between Logistics, Production, Commercial area and Customer Service, contributing to meeting delivery deadlines and operational efficiency.
Planning and monitoring of shipping schedules and loadings;
Monitoring the order portfolio, identifying delays, risks of non-fulfillment and priority orders;
Updating and controlling order information in systems and operational reports;
Interface with Customer Service to report delays, stock-outs and changes in the shipping schedule;
Aligning delivery deadlines according to availability reported by Operations and Production;
Interface with Production to monitor forecasts, production orders and product availability dates;
Recording and tracking logistics incidents;
Analysis of reports and operational KPIs, supporting improvements in logistics performance.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields;
Experience with logistics routines or operational planning;
Intermediate to advanced Excel;
Experience with SAP is a plus.
