Ensure adherence to the execution of the M+1 blending and filling plan through flow meetings with a weekly view (S+1 blending and S+1 filling) and daily view (D+1 blending and D+1 filling).
Ensure the use of the agreed technical production lists for the month to minimize formula cost deviations.
Periodically review the storage strategy for base oils, additives and finished products in tanks.
Ensure system entries and exits are recorded to keep physical and book inventories aligned.
Generate and monitor KPIs.
Ensure demand allocation and balancing within the team to maximize results.
Monitor the stock health of SKUs in the active portfolio, aiming to maintain the established coverage for each SKU class.
Ensure that the schedules (S+1 blending and S+1 filling) and daily plans (D+1 blending and D+1 filling) prevent stockouts of the highest-volume items (SKU classes A and AA).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain.
Lean Manufacturing and MRP (both desirable).
Preferably a minimum of 2 years of management experience (leadership position) in Production Planning (PCP), Production, or S&OP/S&OE in companies engaged in lubricant manufacturing/filling or similar.
People management.
Advanced Excel.
Power BI (preferred).
