Own and execute account plans focused on utilization, expansion, G7 migration and long‑term customer loyalty.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders to protect existing access and identify incremental growth opportunities.
Execute national and regional commercial priorities (e.g. G7 migration, AID readiness, HCP engagement) within defined frameworks and priorities.
Support tender execution from a field perspective by maintaining customer relationships, providing local insights and ensuring effective post‑outcome execution.
Ensure consistent and compliant application of approved contracting, pricing and digital invoicing set‑ups at account level.
Maintain high‑quality CRM account planning, forecasting and activity tracking to support predictable and repeatable growth.
Represent Dexcom professionally and consistently, reinforcing trust and long‑term partnership with customers.
Requirements
At least 5 years of field sales experience, ideally in the diabetes care market.
Demonstrated success growing and retaining an installed hospital base through structured account management.
Excel at segmenting and targeting key accounts.
Driving sales through cold calling, relationship-building, and a customer-focused approach.
