About this role

Lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets
Provide strategic vision and tactical direction for the mountain southwest sales team
Organize and coordinate sales operations in a specified geographical area
Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area
Plan and organize sales projects and activities for the geographical area
Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment
Collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience in sales, business development or related field
Experience in the dairy industry, ruminant nutrition, agriculture or related field
Able and willing to travel up to 60%
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Three years of supervisory experience (preferred)
Sales experience in animal nutrition, feed, animal health, additives, supplements (preferred)
