Assist in executing IM’s content strategy by supporting the development of IM curricula and professional learning materials.
Review feedback on curriculum and PL products and use it to inform revision.
Collaborate and plan for new product components.
Write, review, and revise new product components to better align with established design principles, style guides, product feedback, and educational shifts.
Collaborate with the team on project planning, product design, work processes, and problem-solving.
Requirements
At least 3 years of working with mathematics content, (TK-6, 4-9, or 5-12), including knowledge of the Common Core State Standards and Progressions Documents.
At least 2 years of experience facilitating professional learning for elementary school, middle school, or high school educators.
At least 2 years of experience writing professional learning workshops and materials for elementary school, middle school, or high school math educators.
At least 2 years of experience designing problem-based curriculum materials.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Expertise in at least one of the following specific domains: Learning Models (Centers, Workshops, PBL, Co-teaching, etc.)
Early Education: Understanding the developmental needs to support educators and students from PreK to 2nd grade.
Elementary Education: Understanding the developmental needs to support educators and students within lower and upper elementary grades.
Secondary Education: Understanding approaches for integrated versus traditional math curriculum pathways; accelerated approaches for all learners
Alignment & Transition: Understanding of the approaches to support vertical alignment within grade bands as well as horizontal alignment around depth and complexity of both PL and curricular content
Enhancing Access & Equity: Expertise in authentic integration of culturally responsive and sustaining educational practices, universal design learning, multilingual learner supports, etc.

Learning Environments: Designing curricular and professional learning experiences that can span dynamic settings such as: asynchronous, in-person, virtual, social media, etc.
Facilitating the learning of coaches, instructional leaders, and other school leaders
Integrations: Ability to integrate cross-curricular and tech based learning within math curriculum and professional development.
Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA.
