Perform manual data cleansing activities following defined survivorship logic and data quality rules.
Identify and resolve duplicate records across multiple datasets and systems.
Standardize names, addresses, and mandatory data fields according to established procedures.
Work with data from Excel files and local databases related to “Shadow IT” environments.
Structure, organize, and prepare legacy or fragmented data for migration activities.
Perform cross-system reconciliation between different platforms and datasets.
Compare CRM exports, SAP lists, and other data sources to identify discrepancies and data deltas.
Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
Follow global documentation and guidelines provided in English.

Strong experience with manual data cleansing and data quality processes.
Experience handling data from multiple sources, including Excel files and local databases.
Ability to perform cross-system reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
Ability to follow SOPs and defined processes with precision.
Good English communication and comprehension skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or SAP.
Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and querying.
Scripting knowledge or automation experience.
Familiarity with Data Quality (DQ) tools and fuzzy-matching logic.
Experience working with AI-based data inference tools.
Previous experience working with external data providers such as IQVIA or OneKey.
