- Prepare and structure datasets for recurring analysis and reporting

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a related technical role
- Advanced SQL skills, comfortable with complex joins, CTEs, window functions
- Strong expertise in at least one BI tool
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
- Full ownership of work and proactive movement of initiatives
- Collaboration with data engineering and IT teams
- Understanding of data governance principles
- Clear communication in Lithuanian and English
