Track revisions and ensure final files are delivered accurately and on time
Act as a central point of coordination across Brand, Growth, Paid Media, Retention, Social, and E-commerce teams
Ensure alignment across all consumer touch-points during product launches and campaigns
Track product launch and campaign performance across channels
Support post-launch and post-campaign recaps, highlighting key learnings and opportunities
Monitor competitive landscape and cultural trends to inform future execution
Maintain tools such as Monday.com, campaign trackers, and asset libraries
Ensure clear organization of timelines, deliverables, and project files
Help improve workflows to increase efficiency and clarity across teams
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing, or related field
Experience supporting new product development, product launches (go to market planning & execution) and 360 marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and executional excellence
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Exposure to platforms like Shopify, TikTok, Amazon, or Klaviyo is a plus
