Role Overview
- Greet and assist professional (PRO) customers in-store
- Recommend services tailored to the needs of professional customers
- Handle sales and prepare quotations
- Manage loyalty program activities for professional customers
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to the implementation of action plans
- Promote and enhance the professional customer strategy
- Deliver high-quality merchandising: stocking, shelf organization, and maintaining tidy displays
- Highlight product offerings (promotional displays, showcases) and energize shelf presentation
Requirements
- Knowledge of and curiosity about the professional (B2B) market
- Proven experience working with professional customers
- Strong commercial awareness
- Passion for service and strong customer-service orientation
- Rigor and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
