The Account Executive serves as the face of Burwood for our customers, business partners, and the broader community.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through partner-led and co-sell motions, with a strong emphasis on Google Higher Education and Public Sector markets.
You will develop executive-level relationships, lead strategic account planning, and collaborate closely with internal teams and technology partners to help customers achieve their goals through innovative Google and partner-led technology solutions.
Ownership of sales strategy and deal execution from initial engagement through close.
Community and ecosystem engagement through industry events, partner programs, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Leadership and participation in Quarterly and Periodic Business Reviews (QBRs/PBRs) that drive measurable client outcomes.
Requirements
5–10 years of successful sales experience within technology consulting, cloud services, managed services, or IT solutions organizations.
Demonstrated success selling complex technology solutions into Higher Education, State and Local Government, or other Public Sector organizations.
Experience driving revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions, preferably within the Google ecosystem.
Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, AI solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to engage executive stakeholders on business outcomes, modernization strategies, and technology roadmaps.
