About this role
Role Overview
Establish temporary and emergency service contracts for new opportunities
Manage, qualify, and close inbound sales leads generated through website submissions
Own and execute outbound lead generation efforts, including research, outreach, cold calling, qualification, and proposal development
Conduct follow-up and analysis on lost opportunities to improve future outcomes
Collaborate with national sales, marketing, sales support, and strategic account teams to ensure a consistent go-to-market strategy
Requirements
Experience developing and managing sales leads from website submissions
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while handling time-sensitive inbound inquiries
Proven success building and executing outbound lead generation campaigns using tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience assisting prospects and customers with urgent or emergency business needs
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Ability to analyze closed opportunities (won and lost) and develop strategic follow-up and campaign tactics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of organization and professionalism
Experience in the security industry or a related service industry is a plus
