About this role
Role Overview
Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting.
Ensure the quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce).
Contribute to the creation and development of the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods).
Build outbound operations: identify target audiences and craft messaging in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with Sales Ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy.
Analyze the conversion funnel and recommend improvements to boost performance.
Requirements
Prior sales experience as a BDR is a plus.
Native-level Dutch and C1-level English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sales-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and experience with CRM systems are highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Collaboration – works smoothly with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Curiosity – eager to learn about the product, market, and customer needs.
Analytical thinking – able to interpret data and suggest improvements.
