About this role
Role Overview
Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting.
Control quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce).
Help to create and develop the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods).
Create operations: identifying the target and the message in collaboration with the sales team and the marketing team.
Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with Sales Ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy.
Analyze the conversion funnel and suggest areas for improvement to boost performance.
Backed up by marketing campaigns or webinars (inbound and outbound), the BDR contacts, qualifies the contact and works on the need in order to generate qualified appointments (either by video or in person).
Requirements
A first experience in sales as BDR could be a plus.
Native level in Swedish and C1 level in English.
Sales mindset, very good organization and an experience with CRM is highly expected.
Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Collaboration – Works smoothly with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
