Collaborate with People Business Partners: Take charge of various HR topics such as data analytics, reporting, talent reviews, diversity, leadership, engagement, capability development, early career talent programs and organizational culture, with people at the heart of everything we do.
Implement and Realize Projects: Ensure projects are executed according to the plan, meeting specifications, quality standards, timelines, and communication requirements.
Plan and Coordinate: Manage stakeholders in your scope, and learn about standard HR processes, track key HR metrics that support decision-making and be integral part of project teams working on various topics that enable our People and Talent Strategy.
Requirements
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Sciences degree at a University in Human Resources, Work and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or any other People/Business related field.
You are fluent in oral and written English.
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You can effectively manage stakeholders and have outstanding communication skills.
You have experience with Excel and data analytics (optional).
Benefits
Monthly full-time allowance between €500
€700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,
net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,
net for all other Philips locations.
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,
net
