Role Overview
- Drive clinical operations of assigned studies from Commit to Study Initiation
- Craft robust, accelerated delivery plans
- Collaborate closely with the Global Study Lead
- Lead the Operational Working Group for in-house studies
- Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines
- Manage stakeholder communication including study status and risks
- Lead quality efforts for protocol compliance and inspection readiness
- Oversee activities of countries participating in the study
- Support and coach team members when appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline
- In-depth experience in clinical research: study management, monitoring, data management
- Strong skills in project management and tools
- Experience across multiple types of study designs
- In-depth knowledge of GCPs and ICH guidelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Leadership skills promoting motivation and empowerment of others
- Operational expertise in risk management and contingency planning
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a global environment
- Experience in multicultural settings
