Deploy and drive, across both sites, the HSE policy and management system for France
Ensure site compliance and maintain regulatory watch within your scope; lead compliance action plans
Lead analysis and follow-up of accidents and incidents
Establish and monitor HSE performance indicators; communicate results and ensure reporting
Assess and reduce HSE risks and improve working conditions within your scope
Conduct internal audits (operational site audits and cross-site audits across France)
Manage and lead a team of HSE technicians

Master's degree in HSE or equivalent
Proven experience leading HSE/SSE activities in an industrial environment (ICPE)
Experience with HSE management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) is desirable
Professional working proficiency in English desirable (B2 level)
Ability to analyze risks, develop action plans and drive their implementation
Proficiency with field HSE tools: accident investigations, safety inspections/walks, toolbox talks, standards and procedures
Ability to define, monitor and analyze indicators (reporting, communicating results)
Strong on-site leadership, pedagogical approach and ability to engage teams
