Montage International is a company focused on creating personalized experiences, and they are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support their Workday system. The role involves configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency while acting as a subject matter expert for HCM and Reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions that support a growing and global workforce. Translate business needs into system requirements and deliver clean, scalable solutions that improve how we work
- Configure Workday modules, including HCM and Compensation and Reporting and manage business processes to match company policies
- Design, develop, and test standard and custom reports, dashboards and hubs in Workday across various modules, to provide actionable data insights
- Conduct regular system audits, perform data analysis and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information
- Act as the main point of contact for Workday helpdesk tickets. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Develop and deliver job aids and training to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices
- Stay current with Workday releases and new features, assessing their applicability and implementing relevant enhancements
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders
- Assist with other HRIS projects as needed
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting tools such as Advanced Reporting, Matrix Reporting, Composite Reports, calculated fields, and EIB's
- Possess a solid understanding of Workday's HCM module, Business Processes, and Security Framework preferred
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Proven experience with HR or Finance business processes
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service focus with a high sense of urgency
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Understanding of general People and system processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with other Workday modules such as Learning, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, EIBs and integrations is highly preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Global experience a plus
- Workday certifications (e.g., Workday HCM or Reporting) are highly desirable
