Oracle Cloud Business Systems Analyst

CSI Companies is seeking an Oracle Cloud Business Systems Analyst to support an implementation-focused workstream centered on Oracle Cloud Grants Management and Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM). This role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to lead design discussions, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis to ensure Oracle Cloud solutions align to end-to-end grants and project accounting needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Cloud design sessions for Grants, Projects, and Contract Billing
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional deliverables
• Perform fit-gap analysis for Oracle Cloud Grants and PPM and recommend configuration-based solutions
• Support Oracle Cloud implementation activities across Grants/PPM, including validation of process alignment and solution intent
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions, capture action items, and maintain strong documentation throughout the workstream

Requirements:

• Must have Oracle Cloud Grants Management experience
• Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud PPM, including Contract Billing
• 2+ Oracle Cloud implementation experiences delivering Oracle Cloud Grants and PPM (including Contract Billing)
• Proven ability to lead workshops/design sessions, gather requirements, and drive fit-gap discussions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Candidates must be eligible to work on W2 without sponsorship
• Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in a consulting or staff augmentation environment
• Familiarity with project accounting and grants-related business processes (requirements, controls, billing, compliance)
