Support the B2B sales team with customer communication, quotations, and order processing.
Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth shipping for wholesale customers.
Plan and track deliveries, manage schedules, and liaise with external logistics partners.
Analyze orders, assist with forecasting, and monitor inventory levels.
Contribute your own ideas to develop and implement new product concepts and improvements.
Propose and implement optimizations to workflows to improve efficiency.
Requirements
You are a student (m/f/d) in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales).
The internship must be a mandatory component of your Bachelor's or Master's program.
You have an interest in sales, logistics, production, and CRM.
You are proactive, team-oriented, and an effective communicator.
You have excellent German and English language skills.
You are comfortable with common office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and ideally familiar with Google Workspace.
Previous experience in sales is a plus.
You are motivated, self-driven, and able to organize your tasks independently while taking responsibility for your results.
