Evaluate & Rank AI Responses: Review, compare, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accounting accuracy, completeness, compliance with instructions, and logical consistency.
Provide concise written justifications based on accounting principles and documentation standards.
Manual to Digital Data Annotation: Accurately extract and structure information from handwritten or scanned accounting documents, ledgers, forms, invoices, vouchers, and historical records into digital formats.
Identify accounting mistakes, reconciliation issues, duplicate entries, classification errors, missing approvals, or unsupported transactions to improve AI model reliability and financial reasoning quality.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent practical accounting experience.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, general ledger management, AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial classifications.
Experience working with manual or semi-manual accounting systems, including ledgers, vouchers, cash books, approval chains, procurement/payment documentation, and accounting registers, is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or local equivalent are a plus.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERPs such as QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify mismatched balances, incomplete records, inconsistencies, and documentation issues.
Comfortable working with structured guidelines, SOPs, and review processes.
Good English reading and writing skills for documentation, annotations, and asynchronous collaboration.
Experience using AI tools or Large Language Models (LLMs) in professional workflows is preferred.
