Role Overview
- Project Setup: Set up new projects in Prime ERP systems
- Maintain contract values and funding
- Ensure proper linkage between contract, project, and invoice structure
- Create and maintain WBS structures
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Monitor labor, materials, and subcontract costs
- Reconcile project-level balances
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience in a project-based environment
- Experience with project setup, job cost accounting, and project billing
- Hands-on experience in an ERP system (preferably project-based ERP)
