Own and execute a cold outreach and warm referral pipeline targeting aged care CEOs, care managers and coordinators across target states
Build and nurture relationships with peak bodies (OT associations, aged care networks) to drive referrals and advocacy
Support our marketing team on media and PR activity (providing industry context, participating in briefings, and contributing to thought leadership in the aged care nutrition space (roughly 10–15% of the role)
Represent Marley Spoon at industry events, webinars and provider meetings
Track pipeline activity, conversion rates and partnership outcomes
Research and setup of appropriate CRM system
Apply AI-powered solutions and workflows
Requirements
3–5 years in B2B business development, sales or partnerships — ideally with exposure to aged care, health, or government-funded services
Proven ability to build relationships from cold through to close
Confident communicator — equally comfortable writing a tight cold email and presenting to a room of care managers
Self-directed with strong follow-through; you don't need hand-holding to move a pipeline
Understanding of the aged care ecosystem (SaH, HCP, NDIS) is a strong advantage, not a must-have
Comfortable working across stakeholders — internal teams, external partners, media.
