About this role
Role Overview
- Identify and implement agentic AI solutions targeting the highest-leverage opportunities: cross-team friction points, high-volume processes, and high-cost operations
- Design multi-step AI workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration platforms
- Build integrations between AI agents and our core systems (CRM, ERP, support tooling, data warehouse)
- Ensure deployed agents are robust, monitored, and continuously improved based on output quality
- Audit existing processes to quantify automation potential and project FTE impact
- Collaborate with department heads to redesign team structures around automated workflows
- Define clear KPIs for each automation initiative: time saved, error rate, cost per unit, and headcount optimisation
- Drive org-wide adoption through documentation, training, and change management
- Own the internal AI automation roadmap and report progress to senior leadership
- Build a rigorous evaluation framework to measure the ROI of each initiative
- Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape to ensure bsport is using best-in-class solutions
- Contribute to company-wide thinking on responsible AI deployment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, BizOps, or process engineering
- Proven track record of designing and shipping automation workflows in production
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and no-code/low-code orchestration tools
- Strong analytical skills — you model impact before you build, and you measure it after
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
