Role Overview
- Funnel ownership: Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel from paid media execution through to lead capture, quality assessment, and pipeline handoff — ensuring performance is tracked and optimised at every stage.
- Backend Setup & Automation: Build and manage acquisition infrastructure including landing pages, lead capture forms, and backend automations to support campaign execution and ensure seamless lead flow into downstream systems.
- Paid Ads Expertise: Develop, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Ensure alignment of campaigns with the company’s growth objectives and track performance to maximise ROI.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and continuously refine paid ad campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Cross-Channel Optimisation: Leverage a multi-channel approach to refine targeting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies, ensuring high-quality leads and increased conversions.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA) and provide actionable insights to optimise and scale campaigns. Present data-driven reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Close Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work in tandem with the marketing team, including Content Marketing, Brand, PR & Communications, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and smooth lead transition.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with external departments such as regional and local market stakeholders, Operations, and the Product team to align business strategies.
Requirements
- Language Skills: High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Paid Media Expertise: Solid experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, particularly paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, with a focus on driving measurable results (traffic, conversions, ROI).
- B2B Marketing Experience: A solid foundation in B2B marketing principles, especially in the context of demand generation and targeting business decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end acquisition funnel: With the ability to track, assess, and optimise performance across paid media execution, lead capture, lead quality evaluation, and Hubspot CRM pipeline.
- Marketing Infrastructure & Automation: Hands-on proficiency in building and managing acquisition infrastructure, including landing pages, lead capture forms, and backend automations using tools such as HubSpot, n8n, or Squarespace to ensure seamless lead flow and accurate attribution.
- Data & Analytics Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQL, SQL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Growth Marketing Mindset: Deep understanding of growth marketing strategies with hands-on experience in digital channels, lead generation, and performance analysis.
- Adaptability and Timeliness: Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes in demand generation trends and strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and strategy communication.
- Critical and Analytical Thinking: Necessary for developing and optimising CRM strategies that support demand generation objectives.
