Work alongside Key Account Directors and Account Executives on the largest, most complex enterprise opportunities in the Achievers portfolio, acting as the technical and strategic authority throughout the sales cycle.
Lead discovery and architecture conversations with enterprise IT, HR technology, and security stakeholders, translating customer requirements into a clear solution design that accounts for integrations, data flows, and governance needs.
Participate in roadmap and customer strategy sessions, bringing a point of view on how Achievers fits into a customer's broader HR technology ecosystem and long term people strategy.
Design and present custom workflow solutions that leverage the Achievers API, MCP server, and third party integrations across platforms.
Speak fluently about enterprise security requirements including SSO, SCIM, data residency, role based access controls, and compliance considerations relevant to HR data.
Articulate Achievers' agentic AI capabilities and how they integrate into a customer's existing or planned AI infrastructure, including multi-agent orchestration and enterprise copilot deployments.
This role requires regular travel to customer sites for strategy sessions, executive presentations, and technical deep dives.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in a solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales architecture role at a SaaS company, ideally in HR technology or enterprise platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical conversations covering APIs, integration architecture, authentication protocols, and enterprise security requirements.
Experience building financial models, ROI frameworks, and executive level business cases.
Comfort operating at multiple levels of a customer organization, from IT architects to C suite stakeholders, adjusting depth and framing accordingly.
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, enterprise copilot platforms, and the evolving landscape of AI powered workflow automation.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
