- Guide clients throughout the entire payroll process.
- Develop practical solutions and provide qualified feedback for product development.
- Test software releases and ensure stable implementation.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/basic business education with further professional training.
- Several years of experience in a comparable role or in a demanding payroll position.
- Solid payroll expertise, particularly in wage accounting, social insurance, and withholding tax.
- Experience in time and performance recording is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken German and Italian.
- Strong affinity for ERP systems and an interest in digital developments.
