As Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact for non-legal and administrative matters.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, you will focus on delivering a high standard of client service, strengthening long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support portfolio growth and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of service, responsiveness and client satisfaction
Act as a key point of contact for non-legal and administrative client matters, including compliance support, billing queries and portal assistance
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent client care
Support compliance with internal KYC/CDD processes, statutory requirements and accounts receivable management across the client portfolio
Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and cross-selling of services
Support the coordination and distribution of marketing materials and client communications
Collaborate with internal marketing and business teams on client engagement initiatives and events
Contribute to wider business projects and operational initiatives as required
