Sales Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Role Overview

• Together with our experts, you support medium-sized and large companies in leveraging Dynamics 365 as a driver for digital growth
• You identify process improvement opportunities together with our clients and develop compelling Dynamics 365 solutions (F&O or Business Central)
• You facilitate workshops, listen actively, ask the right questions, and gain a deep understanding of our clients' challenges
• You design tailored solution and transformation concepts and prepare corresponding proposals
• You support our clients throughout the entire sales cycle — advising with empathy and expertise
• You work closely with Consulting, Presales, and Project Management to achieve sustainable results
• You represent Inway at events, trade shows, and digital formats, promoting our mission externally
• You contribute your ideas to further develop and improve our sales processes

Requirements

• Initial or established experience in selling software solutions — ideally within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• You quickly understand complex business processes without losing sight of the essentials
• Building new contacts comes naturally to you
• Developing and maintaining relationships is one of your strengths
• You enjoy working in a structured, solution-oriented way and value clear results
