Role Overview
- Own end-to-end delivery for individual and pods’ roadmap
- Set technical direction through engineering design reviews
- Identify where LLMs improve caregiver outcomes
- Write production code on critical paths
- Drive resolution of operational gaps in your area
- Bring back what works from outside the team
Requirements
- 6–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
