About this role
Role Overview
Direct, oversee and coordinate all Talent Acquisition activities across all countries.
Full‑cycle recruitment for global roles across multiple countries and functions.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, market conditions and interview process.
Manage shortlisting, interviews, and ongoing communication throughout the hiring process.
Lead offer processes, including feedback alignment, preparation, and offer communication.
Coordinate onboarding with HR teams.
Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
Develop relationships with high-potential and passive candidates to support future strategic hiring needs.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on hiring strategy, talent availability, and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Monitor recruitment performance metrics.
Help develop, document, and improve recruitment processes, ensure consistency across the group.
Promote a high-quality and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Experience in international recruitment.
Strong global sourcing and headhunting capability.
Strong stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Exposure to multicultural and matrix environment.
Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
